HI, I have been reading and watching some of the webinars and decided to start using the ESM functionality which I think is excellent.
When I was about to create my first instance i notice the field INSTANCE TYPE, which i have to confess we lack a little bit of documentation and clear explanations in these webinars. I believe the specialist are taken from granted a simple field which also can generate a lot of confusion.
I open a chat conversation with the support who really confused me even more pointing me to a table comparison once I learned those 3 ONLY options could not be changed/added/etc.
When you look at it , at least for me it does not leave clear what was the intention when the 3 types were created since i don't see anything specific HR or Facilities there. I get the type for IT Helpdesk thought, that's the only one that makes clear sense to me.
Also the table above lists items with no-default configurations (single tick) and with default configuration (double tick), but what are the default configurations? Where i can see them so i would understand what type to chose from the 3 available ones.
I would really appreciate any help on this matter,
