Severity notification in Business Views
I am trialing OpManager at the moment. One issue I have found is that severities do not seem to get propagated upwards more than one level in the Business Views
eg Country Business View -> State Business View -> City Business View -> ServerA. If an alert occurs on ServerA the City Business View turns red but the State and Country ones stay green.
What am I doing wrong?
