SEVERE: Inside SDPreProcessor error

SEVERE: Inside SDPreProcessor error

We are trying to install SP10, and on the DOS screen shows "SEVERE: Inside SDPreProcessor error" at the beginning and the end of the install. SP10 then uninstalls.

Anyone have this problem?
