Several questions... remote agent, downtime, admin rights

Are there remote agents or do you have plans to include remote agents in the future?

Is there a way to schedule down-time by network (ip range)?

Are there supposed to be functions only "admin" can do? I have a user account with full access, but can't add a down-time schedule.
