Several questions/problems
I downloaded and installed the trial version and I have some questions.
- How come that the web interface is slow when using FireFox, when I use IE all goes fine but with FF it is slow and I must reload pages a lot. Also a lot ofpictures are not correct shown etc..
- Ho do I show CPU, Memory and Disk utilazation when I choose a server. I noticed when the server is in the same network it shows fine but when the server is outside the network it does not work.
example opmanager runs on a server with ip 192.168.1.4
When I add a server with 192.168.1.8 all info is correctly shown
But when I add a server with IP 212.456.12.44 (completely other subnet) then the utilization is not shown, also there is no Device Info present. When I edit the monitor and test it it fails:
The Monitor did not respond to the test request
I am 100% sure used details are correct, I tried an other tool with snmp and that works correct
