Several Issues with SD6 upgrade
First off when we add new notes to requests the note window doesn't close after clicking add note. I tried clearing my temp files and cookies and setting it to refresh page on every load and it worked once, then back to not closing.
We get an error in the bottom left corner that says error on page.
I have a request that doesn't let me enter a resolution. Nothing happens when I click on either the resolution tab or go to the actions tab.
