Several Issues.. Support Form, Technician/Users, AD Import
First issue:
I'd submit these via your support form, but I think your CAPTCHA is broken. It keeps prompting for a new verification code when you hit submit.
Second issue:
Changing a requester to a technician then removing the technician causes the user to be removed. Is there a way so that a technician can be changed back to a user without deleting that user? This causes headaches as the user may have items associated to them.
Third issue:
When importing from Active Directory, users aren't being properly verified against existing users. For example, let say I have a user with the name John Doe and username jbd. If I change the username to john.doe, then I do an import into SD+ from AD, then I now have two users, jbd and john.doe. When I go to create a new ticket and assign the requester, I'm just shown two entries for John Doe. Is there a way that when importing from AD, users can have their information updated so that it doesn't duplicate?
