Setup issue (MSSQL)

I download ServiceDesk Plus today from your web site and installed, my VM system is Windows XP Pro with SP3, I choose MSSQL as database and keep the default settings, but I can not start SDP service, even I install MS SQL server and create Servicedesk database first then reinstall still failed, but choose MYSQL setup is ok, why? could you help me?

I choose my production SQL server also failed,

I checkd my VM and Mproduction server TCP/IP is enabled, and TCP port is 1433, I input re-try but can not successful yet. I also changing the localhost to IP address of the MSSQL server (VM and production server), user name input SQL service account and sa password all failed.

How to correct setup? Who can help me?
