Setup CSV Users File to Imports MASS LDAP Information

Hi,

One fonctinnality is really important for me.

There is no probleme to setup example of CSV Files to import MASS data into AD but there is 2 fields for me missing

Example of my file :
sn,givenName,mail,telephoneNumber,facsimileTelephoneNumber,mobile,title,Department,physicalDeliveryOfficeName,company,countryCode,co

I really don't know witch field to use to change the country of a user ... countrycode and co doenst work....

Same problem with manager... I have an error as soon as I put the name of the manager itself. Is ther a specific format to enter to have the manager set ?
