Setting up Twilio as SMS Gateway

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Twilio as a SMS Gateway so that techicians are notified when a P1 ticket is raised.  Anybody had any luck?

These are the settings that are required and Twilio is set up correctly. 

Any help would be great.  Thanks
