Setting up sites with network information

Hi,

 So we currently have a medium sized database of information in microsoft access which holds information on remote sites we support which we want to import into manage engine. The main problem arrises when we have networks on these sites with passwords, IP addresses, ISPs, broadband line numbers, ip addresses and Mac addresses as well as printers, and desktops etc. 

 Is there a sensible place we can input this information in as a whole site?

 At present I see two options:
1.       Put all of the site information we have into the description box of the site so it is on hand when we investigate the site. the only problem with this is there is a character limit on the description box so all the information will not fit in there.
2.       Break all the information down in the assets for each site. So adding a router asset, assigning this router to the site only and adding IP addresses, MAC addresses to this router and the internet SSID and router information etc? My issue with this is there doesnt seem to be enough options to put all this information in and I would be worried that it would not be easy to find this information straight from the ticket information. could you click on site, which would show all the assigned assets, find the one that is giving out the specific signal and see the the SSID and password from there of the network?

Alternatively, is there a network option where we can add all network information into the site information? I know you can custom add a field into the site information, but this seems like an unusually large ammount of information to put in a multi line box? Is there a better method?

 Is there another package we need to buy from manage engine to get this to work?
