Setting up custom report question
I am creating a custom report, and need to setup a specific time frame as a criteria. I am only seeing an option to pick a date or date range. But I need a report that gives me all the tickets that were opened in the last year between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
Is this possible? Thanks in advance!
