When creating a user using a User Creation Template I can use the Home Folder path to configure the location and at the same time set the permissions for the folder. See screen shot attached. 

Using a User Modification Template I can configure the same path. But the option to set the permissions seems to be lacking. See screen shot.

Is this going to be changed?
