Need to set 'Due by Date' as NULL when the Request is reassigned to specific Groups that organize their work prioritization in a separate tool.

Was assuming I could use Custom Triggers to do this but I need a little help with it.

We are using ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise build 9335 (testing 9405).
