Would it be possible to add the ability to set the ticket category and subcategory from the request list view?
Since you can assign requests from here now it would make sense to be able to change the values for other fields here too? Click category and then popup a window to change category and subcategory and item.
Currently have to go into every ticket manually to change and we are assigning to groups via category now and people's custom views are by these fields.
