We have to make Purchase Offer and I would like to let our Mnagaers decide if they want to purchase the order or not. For this reason I would like to set a User as a Purchase Approver. So far I was able to set a technician as Purchase Approver but not a User with its specific Department Roles.

Is it possible to let any User be the Purchase approver?
