1) I am having trouble playing the session recordings. Even if i left the recordings for 3,4 minute it is showing 0second and while checking the size of the recording it is always 1KB only. recordings have been enabled for ssh, vnc, rdp  telnet, sql.

2) how can we use vnc for resources. vnc app currently used is TightVNC Viewer with default port of 5900 and 5800. can i configure this application in pam360
