Is it possible to add the following.

 

A custumor wants to have a new printer, makes a ticket, supp rep add product.

 

Now we dont only sell product but also services as backup, dsl etc. these services are sold on a monthly basis.

 

SO there must be a option between a PRODUCT and/or SERVICES.
