Services down alert

Services down alert

Hi,

   For last 2 days we are getting alerts from app manager that "service in our servers are down(Apache & Tomcat)", but checking the servers all services are up and running. To confirm the same we have checked even the servers logs all shows requested URLs are served to the clients successfully.

 My concern is as below

1. How can alerts can be triggered when the services are up and running?

2. We have checked whether app manager installed server has a network issue, But no issue in network. Since we have other application is also running in same machine using different port without any issue.

3. I have uploaded the logs for your reference in ftp.adventnet.com and /pub/adventnet logs.zip path.

Please guide me on this and do the needful ASAP.
