We are now using Desktop Central Enterprise for asset management, patching, remote access, etc. We already have ServiceNow and I've been tasked with looking into integrations. It seems we can sync asset data from Desktop Central to ServiceNow. But, is it possible to automatically create CIs in ServiceNow with it? For example, if I install a Desktop Central agent on a computer, can it create the workstation for us in ServiceNow with the asset data? Or, does the object have to already exist, then Desktop Central can fill the metadata once it syncs?
