ServiceDsk Plus for Incident Response Team
Hi all,
I am conducting an evaluation of the above. As such, I have some questions I hope someone can help me with.
1. Is there a visual presentation showing the different open cases together with the time left before breaching the SLA?
2. Is there anyway for ServiceDesk to accept an alert from my monitoring system and subsequently automatically create a case?
