ServiceDeskPlus (v5.5.0) Not Fetching Emails

Hi,
Our ServiceDesk system has stopped fetching emails.
We have tried:
- Stop and Restart the fetching from within the tool (Admin>Mail Server Settings)
- Reboot the machine the ServiceDesk Plus is hosted on
- Stopped the ServiceDesk Server application and Restarted it
- Checked the ServiceDesk service is running (Computer Services) and checking there aren't any dependencies for the service and tried stopping and restarting the service
- Stopped the Fetching, made a change to the fetch time frequency and stopping and restarting the Mail Fetching
- We are able to successfully send emails to the Mailbox it is fetching from and can see the emails sitting in the inbox.
We have not been able to get the Mail Fetching to work.
