ServiceDesk will not start

ServiceDesk will not start since last Friday. Im on Windows Server 2003.

run.bat throws "Unclean shutdown of previous run. Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details."

Im pretty sure its a SQL problem. i tried restoring to a backup, restarting server, and a couple other suggestions from the forum. No matter what i do, i cant get past this error (from the SDP logs):

[13:02:16:785]|[06-20-2008]|[com.adventnet.db.adapter.mysql.MysqlDBAdapter]|[SEVERE]|[10]|: Exception while creating the table [MssqlErrorCode]|

[13:02:16:785]|[06-20-2008]|[com.adventnet.persistence.service.PersistenceService]|[SEVERE]|[10]|: Exception occured during Persistence start Service|com.adventnet.persistence.PersistenceException: General error, message from server: "Can't create table '.\servicedesk\mssqlerrorcode.frm' (errno: 121)"

i found this in the mySQL logs:

Version: '4.1.18-pro-nt' socket: '' port: 33366 MySQL Pro (Commercial)
080613 14:15:38 InnoDB: Error: table `servicedesk/mssqlerrorcode` already exists in InnoDB internal
InnoDB: data dictionary. Have you deleted the .frm file
InnoDB: and not used DROP TABLE? Have you used DROP DATABASE
InnoDB: for InnoDB tables in MySQL version <= 3.23.43?
InnoDB: See the Restrictions section of the InnoDB manual.
InnoDB: You can drop the orphaned table inside InnoDB by
InnoDB: creating an InnoDB table with the same name in another
InnoDB: database and copying the .frm file to the current database.
InnoDB: Then MySQL thinks the table exists, and DROP TABLE will
InnoDB: succeed.

This really affects our day-to-day operations so any help would be much appreciated.
