Have there been any recent changes that would cause the ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand cloud site not to load properly in Internet Explorer browser?
I've tested on multiple computers, both in and out of our environment, proxy, no proxy, and I get the same result on all (image attached).
All seems to work fine in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
I understand that IE is slowly being retired by Microsoft but some of our users still try to log tickets in IE and don't understand when it's not loading.
