servicedesk user integration

servicedesk user integration

hello,

we are trying out firewall analyzer and have been using servicdesk for quite some time. i see in some of the reports gereated by our proxy server there is a blank "user" field for the workstations. is there anyway firewall analyzer can pull the "user" information from servicedesk?

if not, what integration does firewall analyzer have with opmanager or servicedesk + ?
