ServiceDesk Upgrade Question
We are currently running the standard version of 7022. We have now purchased the Enterprise version of Service Desk. My question is:
Am I better to install the license and upgrade the standard version to Enterprise, and then install version 7500?
or am I better upgrading to version 7500 first and then using the license upgrade to the Enterprise version?
I am running VMWARE and will have a full clone of the Server before beginning. The reason why I am keen to get to version 7500 is the introduction of sites and the ability to create several request templates. 7500 also supports the ability to exclude service tags when scanning assets. This is required because many of our computers have the same service tag and cannot be changed (limitation of some of the asus motherboards).
