ServiceDesk Upgrade 4112 to 5000
I am trying to run the Service Desk upgrade from 4112 to 5000
Copied the update to the ServiceDesk home folder which also copies files to the lib and mysql folder. The last update applied to the system is _sp_12.
I get the following error when I select the pmm file using the update manager
The file you have specified is not compabible with this product
