ServiceDesk Uninstall Process Deletes Configuration Files

When uninstalling software with the intent of re-installing it is helpful if configuration files are available from a previous installation.  I discovered that SD deletes all the contents of
\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server
which is where much of the customization exists in configs.

I suggest the uninstall process preserve the config files in the backup directory as an archive instead of deleting.
