ServiceDesk system run out of space within SQL 2005 Express

We have just had our ServiceDesk system run out of space within SQL 2005 Express.

The SQL server is stating we are only licensed for a 4G data file.

We plan to upgrade the server but in the short term we currently have no system.

In order to get our system up and running quickly we need to find data we can safely remove from within the database.

Is there any data that is temporary we can purge?

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
