SERVICEDESK SUPPORT: Re: [Request ID :##38119##]
Well up until two days ago I was extrememly impressed and happy with all the support I've recieved from all the crew at Adventnet.
However, when trying to perform the upgrade to 5.5 we ran into some errors that pointed to a corrupt database. This stopped us from upgrading and if we did try to upgrade, it rendered ServiceDesk Plus totally unuseable.
The guys from support contacted me and had a look at the issue, took a copy of the database to repair. Up till that point, I was still happy.
The problem now is that even after repeated emails I haven't heard back from them. It's been two days now and we've had Servicedesk down the whole time, because they indicated that they were altering the copy of the database that they took to correct the corruption. Hence we can't add or change anything on our end without risk of data loss.
I can understand that things take time and I appreciate the effort.
All I really want is for someone to contact me and tell me what is going on and when or if it will be fixed. If it's not possible to fix then let me know and I'll just keep running on 5008 for the moment.
