ServiceDesk Stops Fetching Emails

Hi,

 

We are experiencing a mail fetching issue which implies us to apply Trusted/Self Signed Certificate. 


I tried the solution you posted in the forum http://kbase.zohocorp.com/kbase/ServiceDeskPlus/TroubleShooting/file_100004.html but not able to get it work.


Could you please give me some instructions how to get this done?
