Today we experienced a problem in the servicedesk when we try to access it through the web, the error is "Page cannot be displayed"
I tried to execute the command "run.bat" and I got this message "Invalid License File error 353" Also in the bin directory it shows a lot of error logs like "hs_err_pidxxxx.log"
