ServiceDesk Startup Issue Post-Upgrade

ServiceDesk Startup Issue Post-Upgrade

Hi,

I appear to be having a slight issue with the most recent Service Pack (14103). After implementing the upgrade the splash screen would get stuck on the "starting server" phase, so I stopped the Service Desk service and ran run.bat to start the server only to be informed that our local port (8080) was already being used. I restarted the server and tried running run.bat again, and this time the server started up and I was able to get back into Service Desk on my end with no issue. However, I noticed on the server itself the Service Desk service is not running, and there are two command prompts that are continuously open: one that says "Connect to: [https://localhost:8080]" and the other being "[3224] 03 Jan 10:58:35.532 * Ready to accept connections". If I close out of either of these windows Service Desk will cease to function again, so the only way I am able to use Service Desk is by keeping these two command prompts open when in the past this was not required. Has something similar to this happened to any of you? I've attached a screenshot from the server. Thanks!
