ServiceDesk SMTP outgoing problem

ServiceDesk SMTP outgoing problem

Hi,
 
During the installation, we have faced with an SMTP outgoing mail problem. They don't use exchange server. They are using IceWarp Merak mail. We have solved incoming mails but we can't send mail via ServiceDesk.
