ServiceDesk Server won't start

I'm attempting to evaluate the ServiceDesk Plus software and the ServiceDesk Server won't start, my event log simply has 2 events:

wrapper: There were 1 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving up.

wrapper: There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs.
