ServiceDesk Server will not start

ServiceDesk Server will not start

I have installed a fresh Windows Server 2000 installation on vmware. I believe everything is setup but the server starts and stops prematurly and I'm unable to go any further. I have looked at the logs but unable to see exactly where to go from here.
