We had just recently upgraded to 9324 after we had tested this version on a test server I have set up and everything was fine (though that server only has 5 technician licenses so I can test a full load)
Recently (and before the upgrade as well) Servicedesk has been crashing. Originally I was seeing:
No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] )
So I added min and max pool size with the max being 350 yesterday. Today it crashed again but i am not seeing that error.
The webUI becomes unresponsive and takes everyone to the servicedesk error screen.
I also see this in the System Event Viewer:
TCP/IP failed to establish an outgoing connection because the selected local endpoint was recently used to connect to the same remote endpoint. This error typically occurs when outgoing connections are opened and closed at a high rate, causing all available local ports to be used and forcing TCP/IP to reuse a local port for an outgoing connection. To minimize the risk of data corruption, the TCP/IP standard requires a minimum time period to elapse between successive connections from a given local endpoint to a given remote endpoint.
Any help is appreciated. I really want to stop this instability because we had moved from another Ticketing system because that one was being unstable and crashing (and now servicedesk is giving us the same treatment)
We are on a free license (100 Technicians), about 79 used licenses to get an idea of the number of logged in techs. Running MSSQL.
10GB RAM
We have had two crashes so far today.
