ServiceDesk Pro will not start
Hello,
I am having issues getting the SDP service to start. Every time I try to access the our web portal from any browser I receive an erro message. Here is the message I get from Google:
I have tried the following to get the service back up and running:
- Restart the service
- Stop/Start the service
- Stop the service and execute run.bat from the command prompt
The last item results in the following error:
Any help would be appreciated.
