ServiceDesk Plus will not load

I have a problem update my SDP to this version 10500
Because I am migrating to another server.
it finishes updating successfully but it doesn't load and i want to start the processes and it immediately stops them.
Applying the run.bat command seems to be a java problem, could you help me, what may be happening?
