ServiceDesk Plus version 5 has been released..

I have some good news and some not-so-good-news.
The good news is, the new ServiceDesk Plus version 5 has been released. You can download it here manageengine.adventnet.com/products/service-desk/download.html
I sincerely apologize for the delay in this release. I know a lot of you have been waiting for this release and holding your purchases for us. We were thrilled to see so many of you actually demanding us to release the product. We were under great pressure to deliver and even though we were late by a full six weeks, I hope the delay was worth it. We will wait for your feedback.
The not-so-good-news is the upgrade pack for migrating existing customers to the new version is still taking some more time and is not out yet. (It will follow soon)
Ideally we would have released both together, but with the current feedback we have been hearing on our forums, we thought instead of making everyone wait, we will break some rules to keep atleast some of you happy.
We know that you have several options available today for your helpdesk and we thank you for choosing ServiceDesk Plus. We hope to continue to serve you in future.
