2.       2. How to Manage Approval authority in single flow where approval may be from different dept.

3.       3. How to Manage Escalation Matrix which auto escalate to respective authority once the time trigger

4.       4. How to calculate time line for each dept/personal took for approval in point no:2

5.       5. Auto assigning of calls between two department as per defined schedule time of call
