Since this release includes several major changes, we strongly recommend that you set up a test instance, upgrade it to the latest build and test the new features and enhancements before upgrading your production instance. Refer to the following KB article to build test environment.

If you are using an older build of ServiceDesk Plus, you will need to follow a specific migration sequence to upgrade to the latest build. Please refer to the link below to learn more about the migration sequence.
