The Domain Scan of the workstations works fine but not the Remote Control.

Are there any other prerequisites to get the Remote Control working.

When I click on "Remote Control" button for a WS the  agent starts to install but fails after a few minutes with

"User failed to authenticate your connection"

Tried looking up help on this and found below but the links no longer work;-
