We're delighted to announce that ServiceDesk Plus has been recognized by Serview GmbH for 13 ITIL 4 practices. ServiceDesk Plus was already certified for eight practices in 2021. In 2023, ServiceDesk Plus displayed capabilities across all the modules and got certified for five additional practices, taking the total count up to 13.

Serview GmbH subjected ServiceDesk Plus to a thorough certification process that involved an in-depth evaluation checklist containing both general and core module-oriented criteria, followed by a comprehensive two-week assessment and a live product demo. ServiceDesk Plus cleared the evaluation, meeting 100% of the evaluation criteria for 13 ITIL 4 practices.
The certification validates that ServiceDesk Plus provides the necessary capabilities to help organizations incorporate ITIL 4 recommendations into their service management systems.
