One of our clients has obtained a Free Edition license of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (On-Premise) earlier this year. While the activation process was completed without issues, the client would like to confirm the following:
Could you please confirm that no functionality has been silently limited or changed in the current Free Edition — i.e., all available features for this edition remain active?
Is there any need or option to update the installed version of the Free Edition, and does it require vendor involvement?
We would appreciate your confirmation and any recommendations regarding this case
