We have just rolled out a hotfix for ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand fixing the following issues:
1. When a Technician's Site is changed, the existing Business Rules associated with that technician would not work. This is now fixed.
Scenario: A business rule is created for a Site where "Requester name is" is given a Technician name as value ( Criteria) and assigns that incoming request to the same Technician ( resulting Action).
The Technician's is removed from the site which the business rule was configured.
Earlier: We would remove both the criteria and the action list from the business rule itself as the technician does not belong to that site any more.
Now: After this fix, we would remove the technician from the actions list alone and leave the criteria section unaltered.
2. There were sorting issues in listing ' Notes' in the Request List View. This is now fixed.
