ServiceDesk Plus Notification for Ageing Tickets >15 Days

Hi Team,

Is there a way we can have this feature in ServiceDesk Plus? Either:

1. Each of our Technicians will receive a report on a weekly basis that says "Hey, this ticket is more than 15 days. Please check." and there is a table or ticket numbers displayed on the email. Then the team leads are copied as well on the email.

OR

2. A weekly automated report will be generated and automatically be sent to our emails as well for those tickets who are ageing for more than 15 days.

If anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated! :)
