I am interested in hearing from people who are responsible for installing/configuring ServiceDesk Plus whether you have inherited it or have started from scratch.
Ideally you will not have more than 6 months experience with the product.
This will hopefully lead into a series of training sessions which will be available on youtube at no cost.
What I would like is the top 3 things you found most difficult in administering ServiceDesk
The aim of the series is initial install rather than troubleshooting errors and is aimed at administration configuration.
