We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.4 - Build - 9427.
Major ZOHO CRM Update is available in this hotfix release. Please make a note of it.
SDPMSP-13478: Zoho CRM v1 API end-of-life (EOL) on 31 December 2019 is handled.
Note: Existing users must reconfigure all ZohoCRM integration settings after this upgrade.
Issues fixed :
SDPMSP-13862: Requester tab crashed while creating the Service catalog in certain cases.
SDPMSP-13983: In Chinese language, the Accounts page, service plan, and top-up plan page is not i18n properly.
SDPMSP-14056: Unwanted Alert is shown while selecting Requester in the Request creation form.
SDPMSP-14081: Unable to import more than 200 accounts from Zoho CRM.
SDPMSP-14116: Translations - In the Chinese language, Some words are shown in English.
We fixed a couple of security-related fixes along with this release. Please make a note of it and upgrade your instance to the latest build.
Please do the upgrade only in a test environment first and based on the result please do the upgrade on the Production environment. You can contact our support at sdpmsp@manageengine.com for any assistance.
Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :
- Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- We stopped MYSQL Database support.
- The mobile client (MC) is not supported.
We are stopping support for builds/versions less than 9.4 (Build - 9400). Hence we request our users to upgrade their instance to get further support.
