We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.3 - Build - 9305.


What's new in ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9305 ?

Enhancements :
  • SDPMSP-7518 : Option to dynamically associate the existing solutions to the newly created accounts.
  • SDPMSP-10160 : Announcement will be shown automatically to the newly created account, when "Select All Account" is enabled.
  • SDPMSP-10227 : Ability to hide the "Forgot password" link for AD users from login page.
  • SDPMSP-10962 : Ability to configure and show needed details in Account Details under Request Details page.
  • SDPMSP-11180 : Account lock feature is enabled by default.
  • SDPMSP-11189 : Ability to delete an account along with all its configurations from Account page.


We highly recommend our users to do the upgrade in a test environment first. 

After successful upgrade, you can just restore the upgraded database into a new installation and make it as Production environment or you can do upgrade again in your Production environment.  After applying a service pack, start ServiceDesk Plus - MSP, login through the Web UI and shut it down before applying the next service pack.

Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :

  • Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
  • Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP. 
  • We request all our users to upgrade to 9.3 asap , as the support for the lower versions (builds) is stopped recently.
